Employee stepped out of EE's truck onto a large rock and twisted EE's left ankle.

While employee was repairing the grizzly car at the feeder the backhoe operator went to set the grizzly bar and when it was lifted the grizzly bar swung hitting employee causing him to fall approx. 13 feet to the ground onto # 1 belt. (9/22/05 call to company - possible paralysis)

Emp was attempting to push rocks off of the belt and strained shoulder muscle.

EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE SAFETY BLOCKS FROM HYD. CYLINDER OF CRUSHER. INSTEAD OF DECREASING PRESSURE, HE INCRESED PRESSURE AND CRUSHED BLOCK. BLOCK FLEW OUT AND HIT EE IN ABDOMEN.
