3 recorded(Under investigation) (Per Supervisor) Employee was assigned task of pushing overburden wall down with bulldozer. This was being done to install a water jack (floating pump) to pump out old mine cut. A short period of time later bulldozer and employee were discovered under water in mine cut by another employee.
