THE EMPLOYEE HELPED MOVE CRUSHER #2 TO ASHLAND, NE. AFTER ARRIVING AT LOCATION, THE EMPLOYEE WAZS ASSISTING IN THE PROCESS OF UNHOOKING EQUIPMENT FOR THE CRUSHER. THE EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING THE WIDE LOAD SIGN AND SLIPPED AND FELL OFF THE EQUIPMENT CAUSING HIM TO FALL TO THE GROUND BRUISING HIS LEFT SIDE AND RIBS. THE EMPLOYEE WAS TREATED AT A HOSPITAL WHICH RESULTED IN LOST TIME.
