Soda Ash product on plastic liner covering pallet, being transported off site. Employee came in contact with product while rolling up plastic. He immediately washed his hands. He received minor burns to his hands.

Employee was picking up a rod with a swivel handle attached to it and was putting it away when the rod slipped, because his gloves were wet and muddy, he lost his grip and the rod struck him in the arm.
