He panicked and removed seat belt and jumped from the waterpull. The waterpull then took off and hit the high wall. Injury was not reported until 10/2/06.
Employee was standing on flatbed of lube truck, helping to put a barrel on forklift. One forklift fork was underneath lip on edge of truck, unknowingly. When the fork was tilted, it created pressure so when the driver backed out, the fork swung upward and hit the bottom of his foot.
