Laborer fatality
THREE LONG HOLE2 50FT, 25 FT AND 18 FT DEEP WERE LOADED WITH EXPLOSIVE. THE HOLES WERE DRILLED OFF THE SLANT CHUTE IN THE NO. 9 BREAST. A LARGE BOULDER WAS BLOCKING THE SLANT AT THE FIRST MINE HEADING. THIS 6OULDER WAS MUDCAPPED, WITH LOOSE COAL. LONG HOLES AND MUDCAP WERE FIRED IN ONE SERIES.
