THERE ARE TWO DRIVETHROUGH VENTILATION DOORS FORMING AN AIR LOCK BETWEEN THE MAIN INTAKE AND NEUTRAL AIR COURSES. PADDLE SWITCHES OPERATE THESE DOORS. AS THE EMPLOYEE TRAVELED THROUGH THE SECO ND DOOR IT WAS ACTIVATED BY ANOTHER PASSENGER ON ANOTHER PERSONNEL CARRIER ABOUT 140 FEET INBY THE DOOR. AS THE DOOR CLOSES, THE BOTTOM EDGE STRUCK HIM, PINNING HIM AGAINST THE FRAME OF THE P
