I.NAME WAS TROUBLESHOOTING A POSSIBLE BRAKE PROBLEM ON 777 TRUCK. I.NAME INSTRUCTED OPERATOR TO MOVE VERY SLOWLY IN FIRST GEAR WHILE I.NAME & MECHANIC FELT BRAKE ASSEMBLY. THE WHEEL RIM HAD A FLAT SPOT ABOUT 2 FT. LONG, WHEN IT ROLLED AROUND TO THAT SPOT IT PINCHED & CUT I.NAMES ARM BETWEEN RIM & REAR SUSPENSION CYLINDER, CAUSING INJURY.
