Clinchfield Coal Company · Fall to the walkway or working surface

THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO PULL A LOADED RR CAR BACK UNDER THE DUMP. HE STATED THAT I.NAME WAS GOING TO HOOK UP THE HOIST CABLE AND HE WAS BLEEDING THE AIR OFF THE RR CARS. WHERE THEY COULD HE PU LLED BACK WITH THE CAR HOIST. HE HAD KNOCKED THEAIR ON 4 OR 5 CARS. WHEN HE KNOCKED THE AIR ON AT THE NEXT CAR, AL THE RR CARS STARTED MOVING DOWN TRACK.
