WHILE MINER WAS TRAMMING FROM #1 TO #5 ENTYR, HE WAS AT #3 ENTRY LAST LINE OF OPEN BREAKS HE STATED THAT HE WAS PULLING CONTINUOUS MINER CABLE ACROSS RAODWAY, AND HIS FEET LSIPPED ON WET MINE BOTOTM CAUSING HIM TO FALL, LANDING ONLEFT HAND AND FRACTURED LEFT WRIST. X-RAYS ON 4-22-91 SHOWED NO FRACTURED BUT X-RAYS ON 5-6-91. SHOWED FRACTURED TO LEFT WRIST ON FOLLOW UP VISIT.
