They were working on the dredge hooking the pipe line up to the dredge and EE got too hot. EE was taken to the Hospital in Columbia and was given a drip. They did some blood work and said there was a problem not pertaining to EE getting too hot and told EE to follow up with family Doctor on Monday 8/1/16. Which EE did.

He was helping to change the runner on gravel plant on the dredge when the jaws on the pipe wrench broke and hit him on the hand and chest.

REMOVING A CHAIN CLAMP FROM A PIPELINE WITH A STILSON WRENCH. CLAMP TURNED SIDEWAYS-EMPLOYEE LET GO AND IT JERKED HIS LEFT ARM.

EMPLOYEE CLIMBING UP ON THE EAGLE SAND SCREW, WHICH WAS NOT OPERATING AT THE TIME TO CHECK FOR ROCKS IN THE MASON SAND. HE BUMPED HIS HEAD ON A STEEL GUARD AND SUSTAINED THREE SMALL SCRATCHES ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE TOP OF HIS HEAD.
EE WAS REMOVING CHAIN WHICH SECURED A LOAD ON A TRAILER. HE YANKED THE CHAIN THE CHAIN FLEW OFF AND THE HOOK HIT HIS RIGHT FOOT 2 INCH ABOVE THE LITTLE TOE. IT IS BADLY BRUISED AND THE INJURY HAS CAUSED GOUT AND ARTHRISTIS IN HIS ANKLE TO BECOME WORSE.
EMPLOYEE WAS USING A TORCH TO CUT THE ANGLE IRON SUPPORTS THAT HELD A 1/4IN PLATE ATTACHED TO A VIBRATING SCREEN AS HE CUT THE LAST TACK WELD HOLDING THE PLATE THE PLATE SWUNG LOOSE & FELL ON TOP OF HIS LEFT FOOT

EMPLOYEE WAS LOADING CRUSHER PARTS INTO LOADER BUCKET. OPERATOR TILTED LOADER BUCKET BACK TO KEEP PARTS IN AND EMPLOYEE FELL TO BUCKET. HE HURRIED BY GOT OUT OF BUCKET TO KEEP PARTS FROM FAL LING ON HIM. WHILE HE WAS GETTING OUT HIS LOWER LEFT LEG GOT WEDGED BETWEEN LOADER TEETH CAUSING THE INJURY.
