Supervisor was driving a pin in the track of the Hyundai Trackhoe with a 10lb hammer. A piece of the pin broke off and went into injury's left leg. He had to have 7 stiches.
Employee was trying to untangle the dredge tail line that was wrapped around the pontoons. He put a shovel under the tail line to move it and when he did, he fell into the boat on his left side and injured his left knee and left wrist.

Employee was on top of a fuel tank taking a pressurized cap off. He did not use the pressure relief valve first and the pressure threw him against the cab of the truck and then he fell to the ground. Employee has internal bruising around the rib area and a bruised left foot.

Employee was boarding the workboat. He stepped onto the bow with his left foot and his right foot sank in the wet sand, therefore not giving him enough strength to get on the boat. His left leg twisted at the knee and he landed on all fours inside the boat. He was carrying supplies in his arms.

HE WORKED THE FOLLOWING 6 DAYS AND WAS FINE.
