EE WAS DRILLING AND LOADING HOLES HE TURNED TO LOAD HOLE AND HE FELT A SHARP PAIN OR PULL IN HIS MUSCLE. THE PAIN WAS LOCATED IN HIS BACK. NOT SURE WHETHER IT WAS LOWER OR UPPER.
THE EE WAS BARRING DOWN A STONE. HE PINCHED HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE BAR AND THE ROLLERS. THIS CAUSED A PINCHING OF HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER. THE BLOOD PRESSURE CAUSED THE FINGER TO SPLIT OPEN. TH E END OF THE BONE WAS BROKEN.

EMPLOYEE WAS AT THE WORK BENCH REACHING FOR THE BATTERY TESTER ON THE SECOND SHELF EMPLOYEE HIT THE ACID CONTAINER ON THE SHELF ABOVE CAUSING THE TUBE TO DROP AND LEAK THE ACID IN THE TUBING I NTO EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT EYE.
EMPLOYEE WAS HITCHING UP STONE AND SLIPPED ON A WET CLEAVE TWISTING HIS KNEE (LEFT). HE CONTINUED TO WORK FOR SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE GOING TO SEE A DOCTOR. HE IS SCHEDULED TO HAVE SURGERY TO CORR ECT THE IMPAIRMENT. EMPLOYEE REQUESTED HIS DOCTOR TO ALLOW HIM TO WORK "LIGHT DUTY" UNTIL SURGERY AS HE MUST HAVE WEEKLY INCOME AT FULL PAY FOR HIS FAMILY. HE WILL WORK AT OUR MILL.
EE HAD PUNCHED CUT FOR THE DAY AND WAS GOING TO HIS VEHICLE EE SAID HE WAS RUNNING TRIPED AN FELL WITNESS SAID HE WAS RIDING ON THE BACK OF ANOTHER CAR JUMPED OFF AND FELL.
EE WAS LIFTING SLATE WITH CRANE THE SLIDING DOOR CLOSED STRICKING THE EE ON THE ELBOW AND SENT THE PINKY FINGER RIGHT HAND INTO THE DOOR FRAME AS THE DOOR CLOSED ON IT SEVERING THE TOP OF THE FINGER.
