Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee injured tendons in his right shoulder when he lost his balance on his work platform and used his right arm to catch himself. Employee was prescribed pain medication.

Employee stepped on uneven ground and rolled his left ankle resulting in a small fracture to a bone in his foot.

Struck against stationary object

Employee received laceration on his right middle finger while attempting to remove a hydraulic filter from its housing on a D11 Dozer. The laceration required sutures.
