Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Maintenance mechanic pinched left pinky finger between the driveshaft yoke and the transmission driveshaft retainer cover while trying to reinstall the driveshaft on a D11 dozer in the shop. Pinch caused lacerations to left pinky finger that required sutures.

Struck against stationary object

The coal plant oil was cleaning coal out of a plugged chute at the coal plant. While reaching into the chute to remove a large chunk, EE drug EE's right index finger across a jagged pieced of wear liner. This cut through EE's gloves and caused a laceration on that finger.
