Fall onto or against objects

While the employee was dismounting a haul truck he lost his footing and slipped off the truck running his hand along the handrail and getting his right lower palm caught on a bolt resulting in a lacertation to the lower section of the right palm.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

While employee was lining up a rock knocker on a lube truck for installation his right middle finger was pinched when the rock knocker and pin (bushing) slipped.

Employee was closing the door on the BE 1300W dragline that enters the PCL room when his glove caught on a metal burr on the door latch which caused the employees left index finger to be smashed in the door. This resulted in pinching off of the flesh of the tip of the finger.

While utilizing 2-1500 lb magnets to pick and place a dozer corner cutting edge, a mechanic recieved an angular laceration to jaw. A pry bar used to position the cutting edge holes with the holes of the dozer blade swung up when 1 magnet failed. The mechanic went to the emergency room and recieved 3 sutures and recieved a full release.
