Over-exertion in lifting objects

Victim was loading bolting supplies on roof-bolter he turned his body while holding 5 roof bolts and hurt his lower back.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Victim was cleaning canopy off. He was cleaning loose debrie off. He reached down and lifted a piece of wire mesh to remove the dirt and pulled muscle in back.

Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was installing roof bolts, he bent one and was trying to get it back out of the hole. He was using the head to pull it back out of the hole, he hit the wrong lever and spun the bolt, twisting his right wrist. And after xrays was read, he has a fracture in his wrist.

Struck by falling object

A piece of draw rock fell cutting his left arm, which required stitches.

Fall onto or against objects

Tripped and fell into machine. A strap on the machine was hanging off the side, which cut his ear.
