Struck against stationary object

Employee was driving a Superior Bowen's (Contractor) water truck down the slope into mine and lost control, impacting a dome out (located at 2N- 0 E/W) at the bottom of slope resulting in ramping up of truck over and through to other side.

The employee was performing maintenance on pins that connect a tilt cylinder. The equipment shifted and pinched his left hand ring finger from the 2nd knuckle out.

Employee was exiting his Toro piece of mobile and caught his left hand pointer finger in the door. The pinching action resulted in a laceration that required 7 stitches.
