EE WAS INSTALLING A 48""BOTTOM BELT ROLLER, 1 BRK. OUTBY THE SECTION FEEDER. WHEN HE BENT OVER & PICKED UP THE ROLLER & TURNED TOWARD THE BELT STRUCTURE TO INSTALL THE ROLLER, HE FELT SOMETHING ""POP"" IN HIS BACK.
EMPLOYEE WAS PICKING UP A CRIB BLOCK OFF OF THE FLAT CAR. CO-WORKER ROLLED A CRIB BLOCK TO HIM & IT STRUCK EMPLOYEE ON THE RIGHT HAND.
EE WAS OPERATING A SCOOP IN THE #1 ENTRY WHEN HIS SCOOP CANOPY CONTACTED THE RIB AND THE RIB BROKE UP INTO SEVERAL PIECES, WHICH FELL INTO THE SCOOP DECK STRIKING HIM ON THE BACK, ARM & LEG RE SULTING MAINLY IN A CONTUSION TO HIS BACK.

E WAS OPERATING A JOY 21SC SHUTTLE CAR IN THE #2 ENTRY, TWO CROSSCUTS INBY SPAD 12473 TRAVELING TOWARDS THE FACE. WHEN THE SC HIT A HOLE IN THE ROADWAY, THE IMPACT JARRED HIS BACK RESULTING IN PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK AND HIP AREA. EE'S FIRST DAY AWAY FROM WORK WAS JAN 8, 2003.
WAS STRUCK IN THE LOWER RIGHT LEG BY A PIECE OF 3' BY 20' METAL FLOOR GRATING THAT WAS SUSPENDED BY A CENTER WELL HOIST. WHILE USING A 1 TON RATCHET CHAIN TO BRING THE GRATING ONTO THE SECOND FLOOR. THE GRATING BECAME FOULED ON A HAND RAIL THE HAND RAIL BROKE SUDDENLY, ALLOWING THE GRATING TO STRIKE THE INJURED.
EE WAS SETTING IN A JB LONG MANTRIP, RIDING TO THE SECTION. HE CROSSED HIS RT. LEG OVER HIS LT.LEG AND FELT HIS KNEE ""POP"". EE CONTINUED TO WORK UNTIL 11/21/02, WHICH WAS HIS FIRST DAY AWAY FROM WORK DUE TO THE INJURY.
EMPLOYEE WAS HAND ROCK DUSTING #5 BELT 4 CROSS CUTS FROM THE BELTHEAD. THE HEIGHT WAS APPROX 4-4 1/2 FT WHILE CARRYING 40 LB BAG OF ROCK DUST HE FELT A BURNING PAIN IN HIS GROIN AREA, RESULTIN G IN A MUSCLE STRAIN.
EE WAS OPERATING A FAIRCHILD 35C SCOOP, CLEANINGROADWAYS ON THE CONSTRUCTION AREA OF THE NEW #1 SECTION. HE WAS TRAMMING THE SCOOP IN REVERSE WHEN THE OPERATOR SIDE REAR TIRE RAN OVER AN OLD TIMBER LYING IN THE ROADWAY. THE END OF THE TIMBER CAME UP INTO THE DECK AND STRUCK EE IN THE RIBS.
EE AND A CO-WORKER WERE LOADING 10' BY 5"" BELT RAILS INTO A SCOOP BUCKET, EE HAD HIS HAND ON A BELT RAIL IN THE SCOOP BUCKET WHEN THE CO-WORKER TOSSED ANOTHER BELT RAIL INTO THE SCOOP BUCKET, HITTING EE'S RIGHT HAND, FRACTURING HIS RT RING FINGER.
EE WAS USING A PAIR OF CHANNEL LOCKS TO FLIP A LOOP OF 48"" CONVEYOR BELT, WHILE STANDING INSIDE OF A BELT CAR, PULLING ON THE BELT, HIS CHANNEL LOCKS SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO FALL TO THE MINE FL OOR AND LAND ON HIS SELF RESOVER, BRUISING HIS BUTTOCKS AND SPRAINING HIS BACK. DEGREE 3 CLASS 10.
EE HAD COMPLETED FUELING (FILLING) TRUCK & SLIPPED ON STEPS LEADING FROM THE TANK INJURING HIS RT. SIDE.
MECHANIC WAS ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR A DEFECTIVE BRAKE CANISTER. HE HAD LOOSEN ONE OF THE BOND CLAMPS ON THE CARTER. THE BRAKE CANISTER IS SPIN LOADED. IT FLEW APART AND THE END CAP STRUCK THE ME CHANIC ON THE KNEE CAUSING INJURY.
EE WAS IN THE #3 ENTRY SPAD #12799 OPERATING HELPER SIDE OF FLETCHER RRII ROOFBOLTER. EE WASREACHING FOR A ""PIZZA PAN PLATE"" WHEN HE FELT PAIN INHIS BACK. EE HAS HAD A PAST HISTORY OF BACK PRO BLEMS AND WEARS A BACK BRACE FOR SUPPORT.
EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING DOWN METAL GRATING STAIRS FROM THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE STOKER PLANT. HIS FEET SLIPPED ON THE WET GRATING AND HE FELL BACKWARDS. THE FORCE OF THE IMPACT CAUSED A SHARP PAIN IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER. EE CONTINUED TO WORK WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS UNTIL OCT 7, 2002, WHICH WAS HIS LAST DAY OFF.
EE WAS CUTTING A BIT LUG OFF A JAY 12CM12 CONTINEROUS MINER. WITH AN OXYGEN/ACETYLENE TORCH. A PIECE OF HOT SLAG FELL INT HE TOP OF HIS RUBBER BOOT. BURNING HIS RIGHT HEEL. DEGREE 3 CLASS 21.
EE ARRIVED AT THE MINE SITE PRIOR TO HIS SHIFT & PARKED HIS TRUCK. HE PROCEEDED TO THE BACK OF HIS TRUCK TO GET HIS WORK CLOTHES. AT THIS POINT A RATTLESNAKE STARTLED HIM CAUSING HIM TO JUMP B ACKWARDS & FALL INTO A STACK OF METAL TRUCK TIES INJURING HIS BACK.
EE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF PULLING ELECTRICAL CABLE OUT OF THE WALKWAY NEAR THE SECTION POWER CENTER WHEN HE SLIPPED AND FELL BACKWARD ONTO A HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE SLED RESULTING IN A BRUISED KIDNE Y AND LUMBAR STRAIN TO HIS BACK.
EE WAS OPERATING A S&S RAIL ROVER TRAVELING TO THE SURFACE WHEN A CO-WORKER IN FRONT OF HIM ALSO TRAVELING TO THE SURFACE IN A MANTRIP, CLOSED THE INBY AIRLOCK DOOR ON TOP OF EE. INJURED CONT INUED TO WORK UNTIL 12/03/02.

EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A 3 WHEELER AND WAS TRAVELING. BELT LINES BETWEEN 54-1 BELT DRIVE AND THE 48"" BELT LINE WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK FELL FROM THE TOP AT 13 BREAK ON 48"" BELT LINE STRIKING HIM ON THE HEAD AND SHOULDERS.
EE WAS SHOVELING BELT #7 WHEN HE FELT A PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
EE WAS REMOVING A DRAIN PLUG FROM THE FINAL DRIVES ON THE 3500 WHEN THE SOCKET BROKE CAUSING HIM TO MOVE FORWARD ABRUPTLY, STRAINING HIS MUSCLES IN LOWER BACK.
EE WAS OPERATING THE HELPER SIDE OF A FLETCHER RRII ROOF BOLTER IN THE #5 ENTRY 10 FT INBY LAST OPEN CROSSCUT. HE SWUNG THE DRILL BOOM OUT TO INSTALL THE RIB BOLT BUT SWUNG THE DRILL HEAD OUT TOO CLOSE TO THE RIB. HE HAD HIS HAND ON THE DRILL BOOM, NEAR THE CANOPY POST & ENGAGED THE SWING LEVER & PINCHED FINGER BETWEEN BOOM & CANOPY POST.
CRANE OPERATOR WAS CENTERING OVER LIFT, ONE HOOK ON SPREADER CAUGHT ON EDGE OF LIFT AND RELEASED STRIKING EE ON LEFT SIDE OF HEAD.
WHILE FILLING THE LIME MACHINE W/LIME, EE TURNED TO GET OFF OF THE MACHINE'S PLATFORM & SLIPPED, STRIKING HIS LOWER BACK ON THE EDGE OF THE PLATFORM. EE THEN FELL TO THE GROUND STRIKING HIS FO REARM & KNEES.
EE WAS PULLING SLACK FROM A FEEDER CONVEYOR CHAIN WITH A 3/4 TON RATCHET HOIST. THE CHAIN ON THE HOIST BROKE, THE CHAIN RECOILED AND STRUCK HIS LEFT ARM.
EE WAS DISMOUNTING AN ENDLOADER WHEN HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON THE LADDER WRUNG CAUSING HIM TO FALL & STRIKE HIS KNEE ON THE LADDER.
JAMES WAS DRIVING THRU THE HUM PIT WHEN HE HIT AN UNEVEN PART OF THE PIT LOOK CAUSING HE WHEEL TO SPIN LEFT CATCHING HIS LEFT THUMB. THE WHEEL TO SPIN LEFT CATCHING HIS LEFT THURS.
EE WAS IN THE #1 ENTRY 75' INBY SPAD 374 HELPING THE SECTION ELECTRICIAN PULL IN A MINER CONVEYOR CHAIN. WHEN EE WALKED AROUND THE FRONT OF THE MINER TO FLAG THE ELECTRICIAN, EE SLIPPED AND FELL, TWISTING HIS ANKLE RESULTING IN A FRACTURE
EE WAS BACKING A CONTINUOUS MINER UP ACROSS AN INTERSECTION WHEN HIS LEFT FOOT BECAME ENTANGLED IN A LOOP OF MINER CABLE CAUSING HIM TO FALL TO MINE FLOOR, TWISTING HIS KNEE.
EE WAS LOADING HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE ON HIS WEDNESDAY SHIFT. HE DID NOT WORK THURSDAY, HE ALSO GAVE NO NOTICE OF INJURY TO HIS SUPERVISOR. THURSDAY HE REPORTED THAT HIS STOMACH WAS HURTING. EE HA S BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH A HERNIA.
EE WAS CLIMBING OFF RIGHT SIDE LADDER ON A 988F WHEEL LOADER WHEN HE PLACED HIS LEFT FOOT ON THE GROUND HIS ANKLE ROLLED UPWARD STRESSED THE ARCH OF THE FOOT.
EE WAS OPERATING REMOTE BOX ON OFFSIDE OF PAN OFTHE HIGHWALL MINER. THE CONVEYOR CHAIN STARTED, THREW A ROCK OUT AND STRUCK HIM IN THE CHEST. HEALLEGED IT CAUSED PAIN IN HIS CHEST AND STRAINED HIS BACK.
EE WAS HELPING REMOVE A WIRE ROPE CHOKE FROM AN ADDCAR. ONCE THE CHOKER CAME LOOSE FROM THE ADD-CAR IT STARTED SPINNING, STRUCK AND FRACTURED HIS LEFT ARM.
WORKING IN & AROUND COAL MINES FOR 31 YEARS EE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH AN ACUTE STRAIN & MUSCLE SPASMS ON 5/24/01. EE WORKED UNTIL 2/27/02 WHICHWAS HIS FIRST DAY AWAY FROM WORK. HE IS CURRENTL Y OFF FOR THE SAME ILLNESS THAT WAS DIAGNOSED 5/24/01 . DEG 7
EE WAS BACKING THE SCOOP DOWN THE #2 ENTRY TOWARD SECTION. HE BACKED INTO A CROSSCUT TO TURN AROUND AND STRUCK A SET OF SCOOP BATTERIES THAT WERE ON CHARGE. WHEN HE GOT OUT TO CHECK HE PLACED HIS HAND ON THE SCOOP CANOPY AND RCVD. A SHOCK.
EE WAS RETRIEVING PARTS FROM A PARTS BLDG. LOCATED ON THE MINE BENCH. AS HE WALKED INTO THE BLDG, HE MOVED OVER TO HIS RIGHT, HIS LEFT FOOT BECAME ENTANGLED IN A PIECE OF BUBBLE WRAP CAUSING HIM TO FALL TO THE FLOOR, TWISTING HIS KNEE.
EE WAS CLEANING HIS WINDOWS ON HIS D11 DOZER. HE DROPPED WINDOW CLEANER & LOST HIS BALANCE. THIS CAUSED HIM TO FALL TO THE GROUND LANDING ON HIS BACK.
WHILE SPLICING 60"" BELT, CUTTING EDGE OF BELT, KNIFE SLIPPED AND CUT HIS LEFT THUMB.
EE WAS ASSISTING A COWORKER MOVING OFFICE EQUIPMENT INTO A NEW BATHHOUSE. DURING THE MOVE HE EXPERIENCED DISCOMFORT IN HIS RIGHT KNEE. ON JAN. 31, 2002 HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TORN LIGAMENTS.
EE WAS ASSISTING COWORKERS REPOSITIONING A RUB RAIL ON A JOY 21 SC SHUTTLE CAR, WHEN HE FELT A PAIN INHIS LWOER BACK. HE DID NOT START MISSING WORK UNTIL 1-25-02 AND WAS DIANOSED WITH AN OCCUP ATIONAL INJURY UNTIL 1-31-02.
EE SPERARTED THE AC JOINT IN HIS RIGHT SHOULDER WHILE UNLOADING BELT STRUCTURE FROM A SCOOP BUCKET.
EE WAS GETTING OFF THE 777 HAUL TRUCK WHEN HE STEPPED ON FROZEN GROUND IN A RUT AND TWISTED HIS ANKLE.
EE AND A COWORKER WERE MOVING TRACK RAIL FROM ONE LOCATION TO ANOTHER. WHILE USING A SLATE BAR TO CENTER A RAIL ON THE FORKS OF AN IT-28 ENLOADER, THE SLATE BAR SLIPPED CAUSING A RAIL TO SLIDE DOWN AND STRIKE EE ON THE RIGHT KNEE.
EE WAS OPERATING A D10 DOZER OF A REFUSE PILE. WHEN HE BACKED THE DOZER UP, THE REAR FELL INTO A DITCH LINE SUDDENLY STOPPING THE DOZER AND GIVING THE OPERATOR A JOLT TO HIS NECK AND BACK. EE FIRST ON AWAY FROM WORK DUE TO THIS ACCIDENT WAS FEB 4, 2002.
EE WAS LOADING A METAL STOPPING ONTO A SCOOP WHEN HE CAME INTO CONTACT WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE STOPPING, THE SHARP METAL EDGE CUT HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER REQUIRING SUTURES.
EE WAS ASSISTING IN CUTTING OUT A SUMP WHEN A COWORKER BUMPED HIM ON THE LEFT ELBOW WITH A SLATE BAR OR CHAIN FALL HOOK. EE CONTINUED TO WORK WITHOUT RESTRICTION OR LOST WORK DAYS UNTIL 9/9/02 WITH INITIAL DIAGNOSIS OF CONTUSION.
EE WAS TRANSPORTING THE EVENING SHIFT CREW TO THE SURFACE IN A BROOKEVILLE MANTRIP. WHILE TRAVELING ALONG THE #18 BELTLINE A ROCK BROW FELL STRIKING THE MANTRIP. A PIECE OF ROCK STRUCK HIM ON THE LEFT LEG AND ANKLE IN THE OPERATOR'S COMPARTMENT.
EE WAS CUTTING OUT A PIECE OF METAL ON THE SUMP ON THE FIRST FLOOR. AFTER CUTTING THE METAL, CORNER BECAME CAUGHT. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO KNOCK IT FREE WITH HIS FOOT, IT SUDDENLY FELL FREE CAUSIN G HIM TO LOSE HIS BALANCE. HE FELL CATCHING HIS LEFT ARM ON THE MESH LINING INT THE FRESHLY CUT METAL, CAUSING A SEVERE LACERATION. THE EE WAS WORKING AT A HEIGHT OF 5'6"" BUT WAS USING FALL.
EMPLOYEE WAS UNLOADING A 60"" BOTTOM BELT ROLLER IN THE TRACK ENTRY ON THE #5 BELT AT THE #5 TAILPIECE WHEN HE DROPPED THE ROLLER ON HIS RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER RESULTING IN A FRACTURE.
EE WAS USING A 24"" ADJUSTABLE WRENCH TO TIGHTEN TRACK BOLTS WHILE INSTALLING 80 LB TRACK RAIL ON THE #2 SECTION. THE WRENCH SLIPPED OFF A TRACK BOLT HE WAS TIGHTENING & STRUCK HIS FACE.
EE WAS OPERATING A ROOF BOLTER IN THE CROSSCUT BETWEEN THE #5 & #6 ENTRY ON THE HELPER SIDE. HISDRILL BECAME LODGED WHILE DRILLING THE TOP. WHILE RETRIEVING THE DRILL STEEL, A PIECE OF ROCK ME ASURING 12""X 12""X 12"" FELL STRIKING HIM ON RIGHTHAND, LITTLE FINGER.
EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A CONTINUOUS MINER ON THE LOGAN'S FORK MMU 002-0 SECTION WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK FELL FROM BETWEEN BOLTS. THE ROCK MEASURED 9"" X 12"" X 4"" THICK. THE ROCK STRUCK HIM ON THE RIGHT WRIST RESULTING IN A LACERATION REQUIRING 8 SUTURES. MANAGEMENT WAS NOT AWARE UNTIL 11/19.
EE WAS REMOVING NUTS AND BOLTS FROM A HARD BAR ON A CATERPILLAR D10 N DOZER, WHEN THE 1"" AIR IMPACT WRENCH HE WAS USING SLIPPED OFF OF THE NUT CAUSING THE WRENCH TO SPIN AND FALL STRIKING EE O N THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS FOREHEAD NEAR HIS EYE BROW. DEGREE 6 CLASS 10.
EE WAS IN THE REAPRI SHOP TRYING TO REMOVE A BUSHING FROM A JOY 14CM 15 CUTTER HEAD. AFTER SPLITTING THE BUSHING WITH A TORCH, HE USED A 3202. HAMMER AND A CHISEL TO REMOVE THE BUSHING. WHILE STRIKING THE CHISEL A PIECE OF METAL SLIPPED OFFOF THE BUSHING AND STRUCK EE IN THE LEFT LEG.
EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE #9 ENTRY ON THE #2 SECTION, CLEANING PIECES OF ROCK OFF OF A JOY CONTINUOUS MINER WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK 30"" LONG, 18"" WIDE & 6"" THICK SLID DOWN ONTO THE RIPPER HEAD MASHING HIS LEFT RING FINGER AGAINST A BIT ON THE CUTTER DRUM.
EE WAS OPERATING A ROOF BOLTER IN THE FACE OF #1 ENTRY WHEN A PIECE OF ROCK ABOUT 5"" WIDE FELL FROM THE MINE ROOF STRIKING HIS NOSE, FRACTURING IT.
EE WAS OPERATING A BATTERY POWERED JEEP IN THE #4 ENTRY ON ROUGH, MUDDY ROADWAYS. WHILE TRAMMING THE JEEP, THE FRONT WHEELS STRUCK AN UNEVEN SURFACE CAUSING THE STEERING WHEEL TO SPIN FREELY, STRIKING HIS LITTLE RIGHT HAND FINGER.
EE WAS UNLOADING HEINTZMAN JACKS OFF OF A SUPPLY CAR AT #20 BELT HEAD, WHEN ONE OF THE JACKS HE WAS HANDLING SLIPPED OUT OF HIS LEFT HAND AND FELL ONTO HIS RIGHT HAND PINCHING IT BETWEEN ANO THER JACK.
EMPLOYEE WAS LOCATED ON THE #1 SECTION IN THE #5 ENTRY HELPING SET A 3 1/2 HP WATER PUMP INTO AN OIL CAN THAT HAD THE TOP CUT OUT. HE CUT HIS RIGHT RING FINGER WHEN IT CAME INTO CONTACT WITH A PIECE OF SHARP METAL ON THE OIL CAN.
EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE BELT ENTRY 3 BREAKS OUT BY SECTION FEEDER TRIMMING MINE CONVEYER BELT WITH A UTILITY RAZOR KNIFE. THE KNIFE SLIPPED FROM OFF THE BELT AND CUT EMPLOYEE'S LOWER RIGHT THIGH.
EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF TRIMMING A PIECE OF MINE CONVEYER BELT WITH A UTILITY KNIFE AT THE #3 BELT TAIL, WHEN THE KNIFE SLIPPED, LACERATING HIS RIGHT HAND WHICH REQUIRED 9 SUTURES.
EE WAS USING A 3/4""AIR IMPACT WRENCH TO TIGHTEN BOLTS. THE SOCKET ON THE RATCHET WAS BEING HELD ON WITH A BENT NAIL. WHEN EE ACTIVATED THE RATCHET HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER WAS ON THE SOCKET, THE NAIL ROTATED AND CUT EE'S FINGER.
EE WAS PUTTING UP A BOLT, WHEN THE BOLT BENT. ASHE REACHED OUT TO GRAB THE BOLT HE ACCIDENTLY ENGAGED THE ROTATION OF THE DRILL CHUCK CAUSING THE BOLT TO SPIN AND STRIKE HIM ON THE WRIST.
EMPLOYEE WAS SUPERVISING HIS CREW WHILE THEY TRIED TO REMOVE THE RIGHT END CUTTER DRUM FROM A CONT MINER IN THE SHOP AREA, THEY WERE USING A 4"" BY 2"" BAR WELDED TO THE DRUM AND PUSHING IT WITH A PORTAPOWER WHEN THE BAR BROKE STRUCK EE IN THEUPPER CHEST.
EE WAS DRILLING TOP. HE HAD DRILLED A HOLE AND LOWERED THE HEAD. AS HE LOWERED THE DRILL HEAD, HIS RT. HAND WAS ON THE STEEL, THE STEEL CAME OUT OF THE DRILL POT STRIKING EE'S RT. THUMB, BETWEEN THE DRILL STEEL AND DRILL HEAD.
EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING DOWN STAIRS AT PLANT CONTROL ROOM, WHEN HE REACHED THE THIRD STEP FROM THE BOTTOM, HIS LEFT ANKLE TWISTED CAUSING HIM TO FALL. EE RETURNED TO WORK ON HIS NEXT SHIFT WHICH WAS 2-14-02.
EE WAS WALKING BY THE SECTION POWER CENTER WHEN HE BECAME ENTANGLED IN CABLES CAUSING HIM TO TRIP & FALL.
EE WAS BENIDNG OVER TO PICK UP HIS DINNER BUCKET WHEN HE STEPPED ON THE SIDE OF A HIGH-LIFT JACK. THE JACK HANDLE FLEW UP STRIKING EE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF UPPER LIP, CAUSING LACERATION.
EE WAS USING A CHAIN HOIST TO STRAIGHTEN A BENT COVER. WHILE ENGAGING THE HOIST CONTROLS HIS LT.HAND BECAME CAUGHT BETWEEN THE CHAIN AND CONTINUOUS MINER. RESULTING IN A LACERATION & CONTUSION
WORKING IN AND AROUND COAL MINES FOR 31 YEARS. EE HAD AN MRI WHICH INDICATED SIGNIFICANT CARTILAGE LOSS AND DEGENERATIVE OSTEO ARTHRITIS OF THERT. KNEE ANS A SMALL BAKERS CYST. THE EE CONTINU ED TO WORK UNTIL JAN7,2003 DEGREE 7
WORKING IN AND AROUND COAL MINES FOR 33 YEARS. EE EXPERIENCED PAIN IN HIS RT. SHOULDER AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH SUBCROMIAL BURSITUS ON 2/17/02.
EE WAS LIFTING & LOADING RAIL ONTO CAR WHEN HE FELT PAIN IN HIS BACK.
EMPLOYEE WAS DRIVING DOWN HITT AT MARKER #6. TRUCK SURGED-MOTOR QUIT-EMPLOYEE LOST CONTROL TURNED OVER TRUCK.
