EE WAS USING A SHORT HANDLED HOE TO PUSH THE SKIRTING RUBBER BACK ONTO BELT #37. THE HOE SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO STRIKE HIS HAND ON A RETURN ROLLER BRACKET CUTTING HIS FINGER.

Struck against stationary object

CRAWLING UNDER BELT #13 TO GAIN ACCESS TO BELT #11. STOOD UP TOO SOON AND STRUCK HEAD ON THE FRAME OF BELT #13.
