Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

4 workers were taking screens out of tower early in the shift. Later, supervisor looked & saw no one so he turned the plant on. Victim was standing on a belt conveyor, working inside the chute & the belt conveyor started. He was pulled out of the chute & conveyed under 2 other chutes located on the same belt conveyor. After the belt was shut down he was found under 3rd chute.

Employee was changing screens and pulled a muscle in his back.

Employee was cutting skirt rubber when the blade slipped and cut his finger
