Employee went to the sample building to sweep out the system towards the end of her shift. She walked around the truck, swept out the system, after she got that completed she walked around the truck to get back in. As she went around to the driver side she slipped in the mud and twisted her left knee.

Full drums of coal had to be emptied into stockpiles. Pulling full drums to dump out coal pulled muscle.

Was moving water line when pipe hit him in leg and he fell to ground and said was not hurt but felt pull in back.
