Prying barge away from dock when cable came up hit bar which then bar hit the face.
Struck against stationary object
Was walking in shop from bench grinder with head down and walked into forklift boom. Hit head with hard hat and pushed neck back and hurt neck so filled report out. Then another employee to employee to Marshall county ER to be seen by Doctor.
