FALL OCCURRED IN THE HATFIELD MAINS #6 ENTRY X-CUT 12 AND AREA WAS MINED AROUND SEPT 2001. CRIBS HAD BEEN BUILT IN THE X-CUTS BEFORE ROOF FALL OCCURRED DUE TO A SLIP GOING THROUGH INTERSECTION . FALL IS 20' X 40' X 10' THICK. THIS WAS AN INTAKE TRAVEL WAY AND THE TRAVEL WAY HAS BEEN RE-ROUTED TO #7 ENTRY.

ROOF FALL OCCURRED ON THE #6 BELT AT X-CUT 34, 3 X-CUTS OUTBY THE SECTION. THE FALL WAS IN AN APPARENT SLIP/FAULT AREA. IT WILL NOT BE CLEANED UP. THE SECTION WAS MOVED. 40' - 50' OF BELT AND STRUCTURE WAS DESTROYED.
