face rolled out and rock struck employee in the foot
getting off of scoop, stepped down on something(crossover, scotch) on edge and foot rolled off, spraining ankle.
Employee was drilling hole for rib bolt, when some rock fell out and struck him.

11/7 employee reported a shoulder strain while roof bolting. When he arrived at ER, his eye was hurting, but nothing was seen in his eye. 11/8 Employee returned to ER with his eye irritated. A fleck of metal was removed from his eye.
