Roof bolting in 1st South #1 Entry, loose piece of rock fell between the ATRS and canopy striking the employee on the right arm.

11/7 employee reported a shoulder strain while roof bolting. When he arrived at ER, his eye was hurting, but nothing was seen in his eye. 11/8 Employee returned to ER with his eye irritated. A fleck of metal was removed from his eye.

normal mining conditions, employee was operating a shuttle car, miner conveyor threw a rock and hit shuttle car operators right arm, shoulder and face.
