Accident type, without injuries

500 KW Generator was operating in the Finish Mill area of the plant, the generator caught fire and the fire dept. was called to extinguish the fire. The fire was caused by the exhaust pipe running too close to the trailer the generator was contained in. Paint and insulation was burned on the side of the trailer.

Employee running 4 inch grinder cut wrist when grinder kicked back.

Employee was getting out of vehicle when EE's hand slipped from the shuttle van door's window pane. EE's finger caught on the door's handle when it slipped

Employee was working in the additive containment area. EE was inside the containment area when ee went to cross over a small containment wall ee stepped on a hose that was covered in grass and twisted ankle.

Individual was cleaning on the tower with a water lance felt a pinch in their back then felt pain in their back.

Employee was cleaning the inside of the Preheater Tower with a water lance when a buildup of material fell and hit the tip of the lance hitting their face under the hood

Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

Employee was measuring the level in the cement silos. When EE opened the latch on the silo measuring port, dust came out and got into EE's eyes.
