EE was carrying a piece of metal less than 50lbs to service truck when EE lost EE's balance and fell to the ground landing awkwardly on right hand resulting in a broken finger. Area was free of debris and level.

Employee was working on haul truck and received burns
EE was working on the Dewatering Wheel when their wrench slipped and struck them in the chin. EE sustained a small laceration and was taken to the ER to be evaluated where they received 3 stitches.
A miner was cutting a piece of skirt board rubber when the belt knife slipped causing them to cut through their jeans into their thigh. The cut was not bleeding but clinic placed two stiches on the cut to prevent it from opening up.
Loader operator was exiting loader. EE had three point contact on the hand rail. EE's right hand slide off the rail causing EE to loose balance. EE swung to the left and couldn't hold self and fell. EE landed on EE's right side.
When pulling the center bar out, the miners lost their grip on the bar and dropped it on a miners foot just above the steel toe portion. X-rays were done at the time and no fractures were detected and fully released. The miner was still having pain and sent for a follow up on 1/11/25, a x-ray was redone and small fracture found.
