Employee was checking offside of CM to check bottom, rock fell from between bolts striking CM and then landing on employee. The rock struck employee on shoulder and leg area. Employee was taken outside and transported to Greenbrier Med. Center and later transferred to CAMC. Treated for contusions and released next morning

While reaching up to put a nail in the curtain, a small rock hit him on the left side of his face & forced his safety glasses into his face below the eye. A small cut on his cheek was cleaned & a butterfly bandage applied. He later went to see a dermatologist & received sutures for cosmetic reasons.
