Employee alleges that EE was working on anti-freeze hose and having trouble with the quick connect. as EE got the hoses connected, EE claims EE felt a pain on the left side of EE's neck. EE finished the shift and worked the next day. The pain allegedly got worse and EE went to the er to be checked out on 5/15/2026

Employee was entering the cab of dozer putting lunch box and hard hat behind the seat. EE didn't realize their hand was in door jam and dozer door closed on EE's thumb.

Injured Employee was bolting with another employee when employee's steel stopped up. Employee grabbed a piece on pinner steel and hit the stopped-up steel. The drill bit came off and hit injured employee in the mouth and busted EE's upper lip and broke a couple of teeth. Employee received stitches to their lip.
