The impact crusher had stalled leaving rock lodged inside. Employee's were rolling boulder out of impactor when employee's hand was caught cutting his finger. The two employees were not communicating together and the rock slid onto the employee's hand causing the injury.

Showing all 11Employee was lifting drill steel to put into changer when his wrist popped. He had hurt his wrist the privious year while working at home. Employee went home that evening and came to work the next morning & said he experienced more pain. After a doctor's visit it was determined to be a sprain.
Employee was holding a cylinder with his left hand. While trying to set it in place, cylinder hung up and became dislodged. This caused the cut to his hand. The cut to his hand required 6 stitches.
Employee was lifting a cover weighing approx. 40lbx & his back was strained.
