While working indoors in the Chilton Manufacturing Center, the employee was positioning stone and pinched finger in between two stones. The pinching in between the stones resulted in a right ring finger laceration.

The employee stated, "juggled the stone and my left ring finger got stuck between the stone and table." The employee went into see the doctor and the doctor diagnosed injury as crush injury to the right ring finger.

Employee was working indoors on a NTV Corner Machine cutting stone. Employee loaded stone and had his hands place incorrectly and ended up lacerating is right index finger. Employee ended up getting sutures.

Employee was operating a stone splitter and while pulling a stone towards him the stone hit the right side of his torso. The stone was roughly 6' by 5' wide.

While loading the stone onto the conveyor lines (various rollers), the employee notice that a stone was sticking out. The employee got off the fork lift and proceeded to push on the stone to straighten it out. While pushing on the stone, the employee bent his middle right finger.

Employee was working indoors in the CMF NTV Department. He is responsible for lifting stone weigh 10-15 lbs and packaging the stone into boxes. While boxing the stone, the employee dropped a piece of stone onto his wrist.

Employee was working indoors in the Chilton Manufacturing Building in the NTV Department. Employee was packaging stone weighing approximately 20-30 lbs. The employee picked up a piece of stone and while setting it back down, he felt a pain in his left wrist.

Employee works indoors at the Chilton Manufacturing Building in the Splitting Department. The employee was splitting pieces and while pulling on a piece of stone, an edge cut the top of his left ring finger.

Employee was working indoors in the Chilton Saw Shop performing maintenance on a Park Industries Python Saw. Employee had changed the saw blade and while finishing his right ring finger got caught in between the teeth of the blade causing a laceration to the finger.

Employee was moving a stone forward for processing and the stone slide off the rollers towards the operator. The operator tried to move out of the way and was struck by the stone on his left hand.

Employee was pulling a sheet of stone forward to check the backside of the stone. The stone fell back onto his left middle finger.

Employee was holding up stone so a co-worker could move a rack. The stone started to slip, resulting in the stone falling to the ground. The employee let go of the stone and go out of the way but the stone ended up hitting his left wrist cutting it open. The employee needed to get stitches for the laceration.

Employee was indoors mixing mortar in a bucket and felt pain in her left thumb. She had a previous injury from 2008 where pins were surgical placed in her thumb. The pins in her thumb had come out of place while mixing the mortar.

Employee was working indoors on the line taking stone off the conveyor and placing on a pallet. While picking a stone off the conveyor, a stone flipped over and struck the employee's left hand pinky finger. The employee was lifting a 60 lb. stone and was struck by a 10 lb. stone. His finger was pinched between the two stones.

Employee was moving stones around on a pallet when his left middle finger was caught between 2 stones. The fingernail was cut in half causing bleeding. The employee and supervisor felt that the accident was caused due to improper placement of the stone on the pallet.

EE was loading the saw with a rock to be cut when it tipped over. His right middle finger was caught between the rock and a metal bin.

The employee was splitting a stone; and while doing so, a small piece flew up underneath the safety glasses and entered the eye.

Employee picked up a stone weighing approximately 5 pounds into a bin if front of him. While doing so, the employee felt discomfort in his right shoulder.

Employee was lifting a stone off of a conveyor belt to move to another location. While putting the rock down, his finger was caught between the wall and stone. This incident resulted in a subungual hematoma of the right hand distal finger.

Employee was loading a saw with a stone that was approximately 2.5-3 feet long weighing 50 lbs. The employee got his left pinky finger caught between the rock and the frame of the machine. The tip of the finger was deeply lacerated.

Progressively increasing pain in left ankle due to handling stone.

Employee was opening the layers of a large stone that was standing on its edge. When it opened, the outside layer fell on the employee's right foot. Restricted duty was assigned.

Employee was stacking stone when he pinched his finger between 2 stones. Employee did not seek treatment until 8/22/12. Restricted duty assigned.

Employee was lifting stones from conveyor belt to put on pallet when he felt a pain in his back & lower neck. Employee did not report injury or seek treatment until 8/14/2012. Restricted duty was assigned.

While picking up stone to place on saw, employee pinched finger between that stone and another stone causing a laceration requiring stitches.
