EE returned to work on 8/28/06 in restircted capacity until surgery.

EE WAS PALLETIZING SANDSTONE WHEN HE SUSTAINED PAIN IN THE RIGHT GROIN AREA. HE WAS UNABLE TO WORK THAT DAY. THE INJURY WAS NOT REPORTED TO HIS SUPERVISOR UNTIL 6:30 A.M. ON MONDAY, 9/27/04. EE WAS SENT TO THE DOCTOR 9/27 & WAS RELEASED TO PERFORM LIGHT DUTY UNTIL NEXT APPT. IN 2 WEEKS. (11/2/04: EE SAW SURGEON; WILL HAVE HERNIA SURGERY IN NEAR FUTURE.)

Ee was lifting a piece of stone weighing approx. 80 lbs onto a pallet when he felt a sharp pain in the muscles of his right ribcage area. Injury appears to be caused by over exertion on the part of ee.
