EE was moving a large rock, rock slipped, EE moved to grab it and EE's thumb was smashed between the rock and loader frame. EE received a fracture to tip of right thumb and received 7 stitches.

The employee drove a 239D cat skid loader down to the shop fueling area to get fuel. The employee was standing in front of the fuel nozzle with their forearm resting on the back of the skid steer when fuel came shooting out causing EE to jump. EE's forearm snagged a sharp sliver of metal on the back of the skid steer cutting EE's forearm which required stitches.

EE was moving rock from choked crusher. Rock was in front of EE and EE tried to adjust it. EE heard shoulder pop and then felt intense pain.

Conditions were dry, and clear. Poor hand placement while wrecking concrete footing forms. Laceration to the employees right hand was approximately an inch in length and approximately half an inch deep.

EE1 opened clogged crusher, entered and began removing larger rocks through the crusher door. EE2 was on the platform outside moving rocks from the door over the edge of the platform to the ground. A rock shifted and pinched EE2 finger against the steel crusher door.

Employee was completing pre-operating inspection when the engine hood spring mechanism failed. This resulted in the hood contacting the employees right arm. Employee was seen at the clinic where an x-ray revealed a fracture to the arm. Employee was released to light duty.

EE was pulling chocks off the rear counter weight of EE's loader with one hand, allowing the chock to fall to the ground while continuing to hold on to it. Due to the use of improper body mechanics and techniques the EE felt a muscle strain in EE's back.

Employee was inspecting transmission filter on a loader during preventive maintenance. Upon completing inspection, the access cover dropped into its closed position pinning employee's right hand between the access cover and the supporting structure. The result was two fracture fingers.

Employee was pulling cable while walking up the steps. The cable got caught in the counterweight of the drive, pulling the cable away from employee resulting in a laceration on his right thumb and right torso.
