Two employees were removing and reinstalling a tail pulley bearing on a conveyor. There was no triggering incident or acute pain/injury, but one of the employees felt increasing pain in their left shoulder later that night and reported it to their Site Manager the next morning.

Showing all 11EE received laceration on Left Middle FInger while setting feeder floor on the primary crusher springs. One spring got caught up on feeder table, EE tried to line feeder table up with spring, in doing so the EE's hand got stuck between the spring and the feeder table causing a laceration on finger.
EE was manually spinning the sand pump shaft by using hands to rotate the v-belts on the pump to check impeller clearance. EE finger got caught between the v-belts and motor sheave as ee was turning the belts
He was removing a boom cylinder pin and as he drove the pin out, the broken section started to fall towards his lower leg. He reached out to grab the pin and the broken edge of the pin cut his hand.
Lifting a screen, employee felt pain in right shoulder.
Attempting to throw away old troughing roller, employee suffered laceration to right hand middle finger.
Unloading equipment from trailer, employee strained knee.
Reaching to pick up a chain, felt a pull in right shoulder.
EE indicated that while trying to climb conveyor to clean out feed hopper, he knelt down onto left knee and felt pain. EE sought medical attention later and when a MRI found a tear, he reported on 5/16/06. Claim investigated and deemed actually related to work environment on 7/26/06. Surgery is needed at a future date.

EE WAS CLEANING UP HIS WORK SITE AS HE WAS LOADING SECTIONS OF STEEL ON THE WORK TRUCK, HE FELT HIS SHOULDERS STIFFEN & HAD PAIN
