Worker was helping install sluice pipe. He is primarily a trucker, and rarely performs manual labor for an entire shift. At the end of the shift, he complained of back pain. He sought chiropractic care on 5/21/04. He did not visit an MD until 6/14/04. Injured worker has lower back pain. He has been transferred to sedentary work at his normal wage.
