He sought chiropractic care on 5/21/04. He did not visit an MD until 6/14/04. Injured worker has lower back pain. He has been transferred to sedentary work at his normal wage.

EE WAS ASSISTING IN CHANGING THE 12" FLEX COUPLING ON THE DREDGE SUCTION . THE SAFETEY CABLE BROKE THE COUPLING STRUCK HIM IN THE CHEST. HE LANDED ON HIS LEFT KNEE. ( HE HAD PREVIOUS SURGERY O N HIS KNEE PRE-DATING HIS EMPLOYMENT.
