This victim was utilizing a hammer & punch to drive a race off a bearing. The hammer deflected off the side of the punch and stuck his left thumb. Three stitches to close the wound.
Victim was raising the tailpiece using a come-a-long and a slate bar. The slate bar slipped and finger got caught between slate bar & tailpiece. Three stitches to close.
Victim was cutting curtain fly pads with a utility knife and it slipped. Laceration to palm of right hand. The wound was cleaned and sutured (6 stitches) at the emergency room.
Victim was driving a belt pin into a belt splice and a piece chipped off the hammer & struck him in the upper lip. The wound was cleaned and glued at the emergency room.
Victim was in the bath house trimming a knee pad, when the knife slipped and lacerated the ring finger on his left hand. Received 7 stitches and was on light duty for 5 work days.

Employee was laying cat-head and cable over in the HWM car when the bottom of the pusher jack caught his left foot, resulting in 11 stitches.
Employee was using a pry bar on the water valve of the water truck, when the bar slipped puncturing the left hand. Employee went to Emergency Room and received 4 stitches and a tetnus shot.
