Miner was removing a cap screw by holding a metal screw in right hand and a drilling hammer in left hand, when miner try to hit the screw instead miner mash index finger of the right hand, at the time miner said miner is ok and complete shift, next day was absent and call to report that miner will seek medical attention. Doctor only indicated that miner has a bruise
The employee was using a tool to exert force to loosen a nut from the air compresor, slip and hurt their back.
When installing a desktop, screwdriver slips causing a cut on left hand. This accident required two stitches.

Employee alleges that while working with a wrench, it fell and pinched his right hand causing an injury between his pinkie finger and his right finger. Five(5) stitches were taken
The employee was in the secondary plant repairing a pump. He hurt his hand with a piece of metal that flew when he was hammering. The metal penetrated the skin on his left hand. He felt a strong pain in his left hand.
The EE was doing some maintenance work on the conveyor belt #8. He was using a knife to cut the belt, when it slipped and gave him a deep wound on his right leg.
The EE was unscrewing bolts in order to change the converyor belt. When he loosened the bolt, the wrench hit him in the nose and right eyebrow, cut his skin.
The employee was cleaning the conveyor with a pressure hose when it slipped. The pressure of the water impacted his right eye, removing the retina.
The employee was cutting a piece of belt with a knife, the knife slipped cutting his left hand thumb.
The EE was adjusting some screws on the disks brakes of an article truck (#350). The screw driver broke, cutting his right hand thumb. They gave him 5 stitches.
He was trying to take out a screw in an elevator. The only way to take it out was using a hammer. When he finally took out the screw, he did not follow the safety standard and he got punctured in his left hand.
While the employee was repairing a piece of machinery with a hammer, he hit a piece of metal, which caused an injury to his fourth finger from the right of his left hand.
THE EMPLOYEE WAS ADJUSTING THE SCREWS OF THE PRIMARY CRUSHERS BLADES, A PART OF THE WRENCH DISASSEMBLED AND IMPACTED THE MIDDLE FINGER OF HIS LEFT HAND
The employee was cleaning the conveyor belt #4 with an iron bar and he lost the grip of the bar and it hit him on the index finger of his right hand.
THE EE WAS INSTALLING A MOTOR MOUNT IN A TRACK DRILL WITH A JACK. THE JACK SLIPPED AND THE MOTOR FELL, CUTTING HIS LT. HAND MIDDLE FINGER AND HIS RT. HAND THUMB. (WE DON'T HAVE FACILITIES FOR THIS KIND OF JOB).
EE INDICATES THAT WHILE HE WAS CUTTING A RUBBER BAND FROM A CONVEYOR, THE RAZOR HE WAS USING TO CUT SAID RUBBER BAND SLIPPED CAUSING HIM TO CUT HIS LEFT THUMB.
THE EE WAS REMOVING A PIN FROM AN HYDRAULIC CYLINDER IN A TRUCK WITH A HAMMER AND IT FELL ON HIS LEFT THUMB.
THE INJURED EMPLOYEE ALLEDGES THAT WHILE HE WAS REPAIRING THE MOTOR OF THE PRIMARY CRUSHER & REMOVING THE SHAFT WITH AN IRON BAR, HE SQUEEZED & CRUSHED HIS RIGHT PINKY FINGER WITH THE BAR AND METAL GRILL WORK.
THE EMPLOYEE ALLEGES THAT THEY WERE INSTALLING A CONVEYOR BELT, AND WHEN THEY WERE TIGHTENING WITH A WRENCH, IT FELL ON HIS SECURITY GLASSES AND SCRATCHED HIS LEFT EYE BROW.
THE EE WAS PRYING A BOULDER ROCK THAT WAS STUCK INSIDE THE HOPPER. WHEN HE WAS DOING THIS HE SLIPPED AND THE BOULDER FELL ON HIS LEFT HAND. HIS CO-WORKER HEROICALLY MOVED THE BOULDER ENOUGH TO REMOVE THE HAND.
THE EMPLOYEE ALLEGES THAT HE WAS PREPARING A WIRE MESH TO POUR CONCRETE ON IT, WHEN HE LIFTED THE HAMMER (20 LBS) HE SLIPPED AND HAMMERED HIS INDEX FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND, CRUSHING IT.
THE EMPLOYEE WAS CLOSING A CRUSHER WITH A WRENCH, THE WRENCH FELL, THEN THE LID OF THE CRUSHER OPENED AND THE EMPLOYEE FELL ON TOP OF A MOTOR AND THE DOOR OF THE CRUSHER FELL ON HIS LEG, HURTI NG HIS RIGHT KNEE.
THE EMPLOYEE WAS TAKING OUT A NUT FROM AN ELECTRIC MOTOR, WITH A COLD CHISEL AND A PIECE OF THE METAL DETACHED AND FLEW INTO HIS LEFT HAND PENETRATING IT.
THE EE WAS MOVING SOME PALLETS WITH A BAR. HE MADE AN EXCESS FORCE AND FELT AN INTENSIVE PAIN IN THE LOWER PART OF HIS WAIST AND HIS LEFT LEG.
THE EE WAS CLOSING A VALVE OF THE PRODUCTION MACHINERY, THEY WERE USING A PARING CHISEL. THIS INSTRUMENT GOT LOOSE AND HIT HIM IN THE UPPER PART OF HIS NOSE.
