Employee was attempting to install the rear belly pan on a D10T dozer. Employee had the belly pan supported with a chain that was draped over a cross member to hold the belly pan. As employee was lining bolt holes up with a pry bar one corner came unhooked causing the pry bar to hit employee in the left wrist.

Employee was installing an Equalizer E-Bar pin on a D11R, Unit #3121, at location. EE was installing the left side using a hammer when a piece of the pin broke off striking them in the left leg below the knee. Went to ER for foreign body removal. Given antibiotics for infection prevention.

Using a combination wrench to remove a hose from a hydraulic pump. He was in a squatting and bending position pulling on the wrench when he felt a sharp pain across his belt line area.
