EE was holding a pipe for another EE who was hitting the end of the pipe with a sledge hammer. The employee who was hitting the pipe, missed the pipe and the hammer EE was using struck the left thumb and wrist area, of the EE holding the pipe, causing a hand injury.

AS EMPLOYEE WAS BREAKING A PIECE OF STONE WITH PLUG WEDGES THE STONE OPENED UP AND FELL AGAINST EMPLOYEES SHIN CAUSING SCRAPES ALONG HIS RIGHT SHIN.
