Struck by flying object

while inflating a bag to separate granite piece from wall the bag blew up causing the rope and hose made contact with EE's hand and caused an injury

Over-exertion in lifting objects

Employee was moving stone on the saw when EE felt a pain in EE's right side, this is during the week of 11/18/2024. The pain got worse as time went on and EE decided to be seen on 11/22/2024. EE was diagnosed with musculoskeletal strain/sprain.

Struck against a moving object

On 9/5/2024 While unloading a block employee alleges that employee was jolted in the cab of the loader, & employee jammed wrist into the steering joystick causing pain. Employee did not report this accident to supervisor, nor did EE associate an injury with an incident. On 9/5 employee reported having aggravation in wrist due to carpal tunnel. On 10/7 EE asked to be checked out

Over-exertion in lifting objects

On 5/29/2024 Lifting deadman link on JL6600S manlift and felt a bee sting in EE's arm, Charlie horse feeling in right arm and bicep. On 5/30/2024 the area where EE felt discomfort turned black and blue.

Conducting secondary breakage.; when picking wedges the stone shifted causing the employee to lose balance and fall from the stone. The fall arrest engaged and spun EE around where EE's upper arm caught on the edge of the block dislocating EE's shoulder

EE was holding a pipe for another EE who was hitting the end of the pipe with a sledge hammer. The employee who was hitting the pipe, missed the pipe and the hammer EE was using struck the left thumb and wrist area, of the EE holding the pipe, causing a hand injury.

AS HE WAS DRILLING A NOTCH IN A SAW BLOCK WITH A JACKHAMMER THE ROD SLIPPED OUT OF THE NOTCH AND PINCHED HIS FINGER BETWEEN THE JACKHAMMER AND A METAL HOSE FITTING.
