While ee was installing a conveyor belt, EE was using a cutting torch to remove bolts, the torch somehow got entangled in sleeve of leather welding jacket causing torch head to pull into his sleeve causing second degree burn to his left forearm.

EMPLOYEE WAS HEATING UP THE BELLSPAN ON THE SCRAPER BY USING A ROSEBUD (TORCH). EMPLOYEE NOTICED HIS HAND AND WRIST GOT HOT. HE REMOVED HIS GLOVES AND REALIZED HE WAS BURNED. NEXT DAY REPORTED INJURY, WAS IMMEDIATELY SENT TO HOSPITAL - 2ND DEGREE BURNS.
