Miner crushed his right toes due to movement of cone while clearing rock jam. As he used pry bar while straddling cone last rock released stored energy of cone squeezing the side of his right foot.

A 4-5 in. rock was ejected hitting miner in face on left side in the nose and cheek area causing nosebleed and broken nose. Miner has knowledge and experience of pit conditions and process required to efficiently crush pit run.
