Employee bent over to open a bag of mansand to empty it out. When EE straightened their back they felt a pop. Injury is a result of ergonomic nature. Employee initially injured back on 10/08/2024 and has been trying to care for injury at home. Activities completed on 11/22/2024 aggravated the injury. Employee went in to ER on 11/24/2024 & was kept overnight for treatment to back.

ON 3/16/01 EE SAID HE WAS GOING TO A DOCTOR FOR AN UNKOWN ARM PAIN NOT WORK RELATED. ON 3/21 HE CALLED HIS FOREMAN AND SAID HE HAD SURGERY ON HIS NECK BUT DID NOT KNOW WHEN HE COULD COME BACK TO WORK. ON 3/23 HE TALKED TO ANOTHER SUPERVISORAND SAID HE WOULD NOT BE PAID FOR HIS TIME OFF WORK SO HE WOULD NEE THIS INJURY TO BE WORKMAN'S COMP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PAY.
