While targeting a shot for a shovel, the wind blew a dirt particle into the ee right eye. EE was wearing proper PPE. It did not irritate her eye for the remainder of the shift. However, the ee was unable to remove the particle from her eye and it is now starting too be to painful. EE was taken to see the eye dr today. Nov 21, the particle was removed from the eye, Rx eye drops

Employee was cutting wood with a circular saw when a gust of wind blew saw dust into his left eye.

While washing the outside of the cable shop with a water hose, he felt something crawling on his head below the rim of the hard hat. Attempting to remove the bug, he felt something "get him". He was stung by a wasp in the webbing next to the pinky finger on his right hand. He was taken to the ER, given meds for swelling & infection. Unable to return his next shift due to swelling.

EMPLOYEE WAS IN A KNEELING POSITION CALIBRATING A MARCY SCALE AT A DISTRIBUTION BOX AND FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO STAND UP. HE WAS TAKEN TO HIS PHYSICIAN, DIAGNOSED WIT A PRE-EXISTING CONDITION, WHICH WAS AGGRAVATED ATTEMPTING TO STAND BACK UP, HE WAS TAKEN OFF WORK FOR 5 DAYS, THEN RELEASED WITH A SEVEN DAY, LESS THAN 10 LBS LIFTING RESTRICTION

EMPLOYEE HAD PARKED FOR SHIFT CHANGE & WAS GETTING READY TO GET OFF THE TRUCK. WHEN HE REACHED IN THE CAB TO GET HIS PULLOVER & LUNCH BOX, HE FELT A TWINGE IN HIS LOWER BACK. EE WAS TAKEN OFF WORK BY HIS PERSONAL DR. AN ESTIMATED 30 DAYS OFF IS EXPECTED.

Employee knelt down and felt pain in his left knee.

EE WAS WORKING OUTSIDE BUILDING A FORM. A DUST DEVIL OCCURRED RESULTING IN MATERIAL ENTERING THE LEFT EYE.

DUE TO HIGH WINDS, LIME WAS BLOWING EVERYWHERE.

THE EE WAS PREPARING TO EXIT A PORT-A-JOHN WHEN A GUST OF WIND CAUSED THE UNIT TO TIP OVER ON ITS SIDE. THE EE LANDED ON HIS LEFT SHOULDER, CAUSING A CONTUSION.

EE WAS HIT IN THE FACE BY GUSTING WIND, FORCING DIRT IN HIS EYES.

SITTING AT DESK DOING PAPERWORK, TURNED AND FELT A SHARP PAIN IN LOW BACK.

EE CLAIMS HE WAS WALKING FAST ON FLAT CEMENT SURFACE AT THE FINE ORE TRIPPER DECK WHEN HE FELT HIS KNEE POP & HE WAS UNABLE TO CONTINUE WALING

A GUST OF WIND BLEW DOOR SHUT ON EMPLOYEE'S FINGER, CAUSING INJURY.

EMPLOYEE WAS REPAIRING SCREEN INSIDE A TANK AT THE SX PLANT WHEN DRY ACID PARTICLES FELL FROM THE CEILING WALLS INTO HIS EYES CAUSING A BURN TO HIS RIGHT EYE.
