Employee sustained a fracture to his right ring finger when a block of wood standing on end atop a large block of stone was blown over by the wind, striking his finger. Injury not reported until next morning 8-24-05, at which time he received medical treatment. He returned to regular duty 8-24-05 at his own request.

Employee was splitting a block of stone when a wind gust blew dust from the ground into his left eye. This injury was not reported until the following morning, 10-26-04, at which time he was sent for medical treatment. Treated for foreign body in left eye. Returned to work, full capacity, on 10-27-04.

EE WAS SPLITTING STONE WHEN A DUST DEVIL CAME CLOSE TO HIS SPLITTER STATION BLOWING DUST/DIRT INTO HIS LEFT EYE. HE DID NOT REPORT THE INJURY UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY 4-23-04, AT WHICH TIME HE QUANTIFIED IMPAIRMENT - NONE, DAMAGE - 1 LOST WORK DAY.
