THE WHEEL RIM HAD A FLAT SPOT ABOUT 2 FT. LONG, WHEN IT ROLLED AROUND TO THAT SPOT IT PINCHED & CUT I.NAMES ARM BETWEEN RIM & REAR SUSPENSION CYLINDER, CAUSING INJURY.
