Employee was trouble shooting the tram switch on a rubber-tired mantrip when it moved unexpectingly causing injury to his right arm.
Employee was operating Caterpillar 665 challenger tractor with a box scraper attached to the back of it. When he backed up to unload the box scraper he ran over a rock that caused the machine to jerk sideways causing his head to jerk to the side. Doctor wants MRI before returning to duty.

EE was driving a 777 CAT rock truck, while a loader operator in a 992G was was loading him. A rock came out of the loader bucket and hit the off side of the rock truck bed, jarring him and causing him to go side to side in cab of rock truck.
EE was loading a big rock into a 777 hauler when the rock came out of his bucket, jarring him. EE complained of back pain and left early, but returned the following shift and worked out the week. Over the weekend EE said his back worsened. He began missing work on Monday July 24,2006.
