Reason unknown trucker climbed upon floats for dredge after they were loaded on a flat bed trailer. He either slipped, tripped or stepped off the float and fell approx 8 1/2 ft to ground striking his head and face on the ground. He was bleeding from nose & mouth also unconscious for approx 3 minutes then confused for 20 minutes.

Injured party was traveling by foot from one area of the property to another when he slipped and fell because of the ice. *The Tri-State area had an ice storm on Tuesday 2/13/08 and everything had ice on it for the next two days. This was a major contributor in this accident.
