The task is performed by the back of the machine climbing on a step to reach and put the bags. Apparently, EE stepped badly on the step, which caused the step to turn causing the fall on the guard of the strap, hitting the right forearm, causing severe pain. Affected area was put on ice and sent to be seen by a doctor.

THE EE WAS PAINTING AN OFFICE, HE WAS STANDING ON A LADDER WHEN HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL. HE INJURED HIS WAIST. HE CLAIMS TO BE IN ALOT OFPAIN ON THE BACK SIDE OF HIS WAIST.

THE EE WAS WALKING ON THE HALLWAY WHEN SHE SLIPPED ON A LITTLE PUDDLE OF WATER AND FELL ON HER KNEES. SHE HURT HER KNEES, ARMS AND FELT THAT HER NECK TWISTED. SHE IS SUFFERED FROM A HEADACHES AND NECK PAIN THROUGH THE NEXT OF THE DAY.
THE EMPLOYEE WAS INSPECTING THE AREA TO TRACE THE PATH FOR A NEW ROAD, AND HE WAS CLIMBING THE MOGOTE (HILL) #2 OF CAROLINA LANDFILL, HE SLIPPED OVER A LOOSE ROCK AND IMPACTED HIS RIGHT KNEE W ITH THE EDGE OF A ROCK THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR.
THE EE WAS CLEANING THE PLANT WITH A WATER HOSE. HIS LEFT FOOT GOT CAUGHT INTO A STEEL BEAM. HE SLIPPED AND FELL DOWN OVER HIS LEFT FOOT.
